This policy covers plussidezmedia.com. It explains what information I collect through this website, why I collect it, and what you can do about it. I keep this simple on purpose.
If you fill out the contact form, I receive the name, email address, organization and message you choose to give me. That is the only information this site asks you for.
This site does not use advertising trackers or sell data to anyone. My web host may keep standard server logs, which can include IP addresses and browser information, for security and basic traffic counts.
I use what you send me to reply to you and to have the conversation you reached out about. Nothing more.
Some things on this site are run by other companies, and their own privacy policies apply when you use them. Booking a session goes through Calendly. The Cozy Butter community, including its email list, is operated separately by Cozy Butter. The podcast is hosted on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and YouTube. Links to press coverage take you to those publications.
I do not share what you send me through this site with any of them.
I keep contact form messages as long as they are useful for our conversation or an ongoing working relationship. You can ask me to delete yours at any time.
You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Reach out through the contact form and I will take care of it. If you are in California or the EU, you have these rights under the CCPA and GDPR, and this is how you exercise them.
This site is not intended for anyone under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from children.
